At iSmile Teeth Whitening Clinic our clients are incredibly important to us!
We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE so other clients can benefit from that opening in our schedule. Your appointment has been made especially for you and cancellations/reschedules on the day impacts our business and other clients’ who could have been seen.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
Cancellation fees:
- Less than 8 – hour notice will result in a charge equal to a minimum 50% of reserved appointment(s)
- ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount (more than 2 no shows will result in prepayment of any future bookings )
* Rescheduling – If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times you will be asked for 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. If the payment cannot be paid the appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation of complementary and prepaid appointments (including but not limited to prizes, promotional exchanges and voucher with less than 48 hours notice incur forfeiture of any and all promised discounts or redemptions. The appointment may be rebooked at the standard cost advertised on our Services page.
Any fees incurred must be paid upon arrival of your next appointment.
